This video is for all the people who come back to Taiwan, or the people who have friends coming back. Don’t let this happen to you/them. Being fined and punished for something you never intended to do SUCKS.
If you see someone that might be leaving his/her quarantine, don’t go to the police and accuse them behind their back. Talk to them, communicate. Be transparent man.
Taiwan I love you, but f🤬 that could’ve been avoided. You locked and fined the wrong person.
